Luxury most expensive Penthouse in the world
The world’s most expensive penthouse (One Hyde Park, London). Little time has passed and now we have a new winner. La Belle Epoque, an attic occupied by her brother Christian and Nick Candy was sold recently to an anonymous Middle Eastern investor. The final price has reached 240 million Euros, making it not only the world’s most expensive penthouse, but on a property whose sale has been more expensive in the world.
